With the comprehensive development of real estate and cities, as well as the continuous introduction of real estate policies and regulations, both real estate developers and construction units are facing a variety of professional legal issues in contract signing, contract fulfillment, as well as acceptance of construction works and settlement. The legal problems of the real estate sectors and those of the construction units are not only identical, but also antagonistic. The new version of the construction contract for the construction project now in use puts forward new requirements for the economic authentication, schedule change, and schedule damages, etc. Therefore, in the fulfillment of the contract, not only do we need to pay attention to the form of the textual exchange, but also focus on the connection of the time and procedure, which puts forward a very high professional requirement for the management of the construction project. In order to adapt to the legal service requirements of the construction market, the department carries out different legal services for different enterprises and projects. In addition to regular legal counseling, litigation and arbitration, the department also focuses on providing overall legal services for individual projects, which includes

1) Participating in contract negotiation after winning the bid and providing legal advice on substantive content of the negotiation to prevent legal risk of contract nullification:

We will provide legal risk briefing and contract briefing for project leaders, as well as pointing out the main legal risks that should be paid attention to and the corresponding countermeasures in the process of contract performance.

2) Providing specific plans for the implementation of the project, such as sending and receiving materials, drafting claims, use of seals, management system, etc.:

We will provide legal services at the stage of completion inspection, as well as acceptance and final accounts, including assisting the construction unit in drafting, reviewing and modifying completion inspection reports, collecting and perfecting completion inspection materials, and providing legal advice or opinions on legal issues related to the completion inspection and acceptance of the project.

We also focus on the prevention and review of criminal risks in construction projects.

 

While serving real estate development enterprises and construction enterprises, we also pay active attention to the derivative services of related enterprises. The construction industry involves the supply of construction materials. Therefore, our department also provides professional services of contract drafting, senior executive training, and corporate management for a number of construction materials suppliers.
